These large abstracts are inspired by patterns and abstract expressionism.

‘Ancient Roots’ has patterns from different cultures, Roman Mosaics, African Dots and Spots, Zen circles, DNA helix strands and spirals.

‘Andalucian Pools’ is inspired by visits to the Alhambra palace in Granada that inspired both Matisse and Escher. Moorish geometric patterned ceramic tiles in glorious colours with marble fountains and the Andalusian heat of summer.

‘Finding the way home’ has two types of maps, close up of Abbey Road and old world maps, in two circles, plus some cheerful daisies to make the search for home more pleasant.
